This project aims at increasing economic viability and scope for small-scale grid connected Renewable Energy projects under the CDM through reduction in transaction costs. The Terms of Reference for the Project developers are:

1. The project must be a small scale Renewable Energy project eligible under CDM.
2. The power produced from the project should be less than 15 MW

The Project Team welcomes proposals from the project developers for further studies.
